2.To assist in reviewing and developing business process mapping (as is and to be) for the Corporate Business Plans & Innovation Program.
3.Works with multiple stakeholders across departments (operations, finance, systems, HR, and IT) to evaluate business requirements and produce necessary documents.
4.Develops and maintains systems documents including user manuals and training materials.
5.Recommends and implements practice changes and communicates these to the management team.
6.Applies intermediate knowledge of technological systems.

8.Evaluates current business processes. Identifies and documents business problems and issues.

•Capable of taking on Project Management tasks as needed; even though an assignment may be a dedicated Project Manager there are times that a Business Analyst must take on typical Project Management tasks.
•Has high level communication skills, written and oral, including facilitation techniques (personable, articulate and very competent in documentation including presentations)
•Capability of using industry best practices in requirements gathering techniques
•Capable of searching for new techniques for challenging situations to complete their assigned tasks.
•Experience with assignments that have tight timelines with critical business operational impacts.
•Capable of multi-tasking and able to deal with changing requirements; Capable of working with multiple assignments/projects at the same time.
•Capable of working independently, high aptitude and ability to mentor and share information with team members.
•Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Visio
•Experience in Business Process Modeling
•Experience documenting business rules and data models
•Experience creating Use Cases or User Stories and transforming requirements into functional specifications.
•Familiar with estimating task duration
Desirable Skills and Abilities:
•Experience within the industry domain of Financial Services, Pension Administration or Pension Services
•Experience using MS-Project or other project management tools.
•Familiar with government legislation as it pertains to pension services.
•Experience working in Software Development environment or projects.
•Experience developing Business Cases or Business Case Summaries
•Experience in Business Process Reengineering
•Experience with Agile software development process
•Experience working in a project/technical management role.
•Experience with projects spanning multiple technical environments.
•Experience working on Enterprise applications.
•Experience working within an Enterprise Architecture environment.
•Experience with secure exchange of electronic documents between stakeholders
