Responsibilities
• Gather, document, and analyze business, stakeholder, and solution requirements
• Model business processes and define business rules for enterprise solutions
• Support financial processes including invoice, contract, and ERP integration activities
• Develop and execute UAT plans, track defects, and obtain stakeholder approvals
• Coordinate and deliver reporting solutions, dashboards, and business intelligence tools
• Document technical support procedures and user-facing operational processes
• Lead workshops, meetings, and stakeholder presentations across all levels
Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in Business or Information Technology-related field
• ITIL certification and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems
• Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis, process design, and documentation
• Strong background in financial processes, UAT, reporting tools, and technical documentation
