Senior Business Analyst - Winnipeg

- Flexible part-time hours
- Work on-site, with flexibility in how those hours are distributed

Responsibilities
- Work on a project to develop and implement a centralized software application designed to record community engagement initiatives and track progress throughout various organizational units

Qualifications
•PMI-PBA or IIBA-CBAP certification
•Experience working in a Higher Education environment (nice to have)
•Strong requirements gathering skills including conducting requirement gathering workshops.
•Strong business process skills with an emphasis on business process re-engineering.
•A solid foundation of Information Technology skills and experience.
•Experience working on projects with application/package selection.
•Experience with gap analysis and create and maintain appropriate documentation such as current state, future state, gap analysis documentation
•Experience with process mapping and creating appropriate documentation.
