Responsibilities
•Gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
•Conducting gap analyses and developing detailed design documents.
•Facilitating workshops with clinical stakeholders to validate and refine requirements.
•Collaborating with clinicians and project teams to design standardized order sets, documentation templates, and workflows.
•Creating and maintaining process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
•Supporting the smooth implementation and adoption of clinical standards across multiple healthcare settings.
Qualifications
•A university degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Experience as a Clinical Business Analyst or Clinical Informatics Analyst focused on requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, process analysis, and documentation.
•Hands-on experience with Health Information Systems (EHR/CIS) and healthcare operations.
•Direct involvement in CIS implementation or similar large-scale healthcare IT projects.
•Strong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills; bilingualism in French and English is strongly preferred.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams) and experience using JIRA.
•Previous work within public health environments is an asset.
