Responsibilities
- Conduct JAD sessions with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate a wide range of requirements, including configuration, functional, non-functional, and reporting needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of configuration data with business needs.
- Translate business and functional requirements into clear system specifications.
- Conduct and document stakeholder interests and business needs, including conducting interviews and workshops.
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and validate use cases, user stories, journey maps, and process flows.
- Work closely with the architecture team to complete project gating documentation.
- Conduct and support quality assurance and user acceptance testing, including defect identification and documentation.
- Handle project coordination and end-to-end project management activities with the team and external stakeholders.
- Assist with system and user interface design and modifications as required.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with various project and product delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative Agile.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft suite, including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using technical solution design and prototyping tools to assist in JAD sessions.
- Proven experience with OPS I&IT Processes, Standards, and artifacts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong verbal, written communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of courts business processes for criminal, family, and civil justice lines of business is a definite asset.
