Responsibilities
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for:
- Defining and articulating the AI vision, purpose, and strategic direction through clear documentation such as vision statements, strategic pillars, and executive summaries.
- Developing measurable KPIs and benefits realization plans to track the success and impact of the AI program.
- Designing and implementing AI use case intake and prioritization frameworks, including establishing clear criteria for evaluating and ranking projects.
- Conducting organizational readiness assessments and producing actionable reports. Developing stakeholder engagement strategies and change management plans to drive adoption and minimize resistance.
- Mapping as-is and to-be business processes, embedding AI touchpoints, and ensuring compliance with governance standards.
- Collaborating with technical teams and architects to translate business and data requirements into specifications for AI solutions, ensuring strong data literacy regarding quality and privacy compliance.
- Providing recommendations for policy and process updates to align with the AI strategy and responsible AI principles.
- Preparing clear, concise executive-level presentations and documentation to communicate strategy, progress, and outcomes, and leading executive workshops for stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications
Must-Have Experience:
- 7+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on strategic and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills to translate business objectives into actionable AI strategies.
- Experience in preparing executive-level documentation and presentations.
- Experience in clarifying AI vision, purpose, and strategic direction for initiatives, including creating vision statements, strategic pillars, and executive summaries.
- Ability to define measurable KPIs and benefits realization plans for AI initiatives.
- Experience in designing AI-related business processes, including intake workflows and prioritization frameworks.
- Ability to establish criteria for evaluating and ranking AI use cases.
- Strong data literacy to define data requirements, assess quality, and ensure privacy compliance.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills for executive workshops and stakeholder alignment.
- Understanding of AI-related policy, governance, and compliance requirements, with ability to recommend updates.
