Responsibilities
- Architectural Oversight: Help the project team navigate through Corporate Architecture Review Board gates, specifically focusing on AGP 2 requirements.
- Documentation Development: Author comprehensive System Architecture, Network Architecture, and System Requirements Documents detailing technical design and integration points.
- Process Modelling: Utilize BPMN 2.0 to create value stream maps, collaboration diagrams, and business context diagrams to define data flows and organizational structures.
- Requirements Management: Elicit, validate, and prioritize complex requirements specifically within a correctional health care setting.
- Data Lifecycle Management: Define and implement data management principles across the lifecycle (Plan, Design, Use, Enable, and Maintain).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate requirements workshops and UI design sessions with health care professionals, ensuring functional designs meet clinical needs.
- Status Reporting: Provide structured updates on project progress, risk mitigation plans, and issue resolution to ministry-level management.
Qualifications
- EMR Expertise: Proven experience with the implementation of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) solutions.
- Public Sector Knowledge: Demonstrated experience working within the Ontario Public Sector (OPS) and familiarity with its architecture standards.
- Technical Modelling: High competency in BPMN 2.0, UML (Use Case), and conceptual data modelling.
- Strategic Analysis: High level competency in Strategy Analysis, Requirements Analysis & Design Definition, and Solution Evaluation.
- Testing & QA: Experience supporting quality assurance testing and developing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies.
- Soft Skills: Dynamic thinker with an agile mindset and the ability to bridge communication between technical SMEs and clinical providers.
