Responsibilities
- Business Value Measurement: Apply methodologies to measure IT system maturity and establish traceability between business goals and IT Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Agile Facilitation: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming; proactively identify and remove "blockers" to ensure continuous team progress.
- Requirements Engineering: Develop user stories, epics, and mockups; conduct JAD sessions and workshops to prioritize backlogs for iterative releases.
- Technical Analysis: Analyze foundational web topologies, including common internet protocols, web analytics, and RESTful API integrations, to support digital application development.
- Modeling & Documentation: Conduct conceptual and logical data modelling, process flow modelling, and business rules definition in alignment with Enterprise Architecture.
- Stakeholder Management: Navigate complex issues and build strong relationships across organizations to ensure buy-in for iterative product development.
- Governance: Align projects with Unified Project Management Methodologies and the organization's Gating Process.
Qualifications
- Core Experience: Extensive experience as a Business Analyst within an Agile engineering environment.
- Agile Mastery: Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams (Developers, User Researchers, Designers, DevOps, and Content Creators).
- Web Technology Knowledge: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, semantic markup, database concepts, and web analytics.
- Design Thinking: Hands-on experience with User-Centred Design (UCD) practices and iterative testing processes.
- Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding ability to facilitate interactive work sessions (both in-person and remote) and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Digital Identity (Nice-to-Have): Experience with Verifiable Credentials and the SSI (Self-Sovereign Identity) model, including the interactions between issuers, holders, and verifiers.
