Responsibilities
Cúram Analysis: Conduct in-depth business analysis specifically tailored to Cúram modules, ensuring I&IT solutions align with the platform’s out-of-the-box capabilities and custom extensions.
Requirements Life Cycle: Lead JAD sessions, interviews, and design reviews to elicit, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
Visual Prototyping: Create high-fidelity mockups and wireframes using tools like Balsamiq to validate user interface requirements with stakeholders.
Business Modeling: Perform use case modeling, process mapping, and data flow modeling to capture complex business rules and social program workflows.
Integration & QA Support: Provide subject matter expertise to development and testing teams, supporting integration activities (30%) and assisting QA teams in defining test cases and validating results.
Governance & Compliance: Align all deliverables with the Unified Project Management Methodology (UPM) and ensure accessibility compliance under AODA standards.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, managing expectations and ensuring project vision alignment.
Qualifications
Cúram Mastery: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst within the IBM Cúram environment.
Core BA Skills: 8+ years of experience in requirements gathering, business modeling, and documenting complex system specifications.
Technical Toolkit: Proficiency in Balsamiq for mockup creation and experience with CASE tools to document conceptual requirements.
Methodology Expertise: Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Object-Oriented methodologies, as well as the OPS Gating Process and UPM.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for preparing briefing notes, business cases, and executive presentations.
Analytical Prowess: Ability to apply re-engineering concepts to promote alternative and cost-effective service delivery.
Compliance: Knowledge of Information Management principles and AODA regulations.
