Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive work packages including current-state and future-state assessment reports, business requirements documents (BRD), and cost-benefit analyses.
- Create detailed process workflows, data flow diagrams (DFD), and use case models to visualize complex system interactions.
- Utilize a strong understanding of data warehouses and data relationships to generate meaningful reports and functional insights.
- Define business rules, conceptual/logical data models, and non-functional requirements to guide technical implementation.
- Act as a key liaison between senior management, subject matter experts, and technical teams to ensure project alignment.
- Support project viability through detailed financial analysis and reporting.
- Maintain high-quality project documentation and meet rigorous deadlines across multiple workstreams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience delivering business and IT analytical work packages (Current/Future state, BRDs, DFDs).
- Minimum 5 years of experience specifically within human resources business functions and HR information systems (HRIS).
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or an equivalent combination of experience.
- Advanced proficiency with tools such as Visio or Draw.io.
- Strong knowledge of data warehouses, conceptual/logical data modeling, and use case modeling.
- Deep understanding of business rules, architecture, and non-functional requirement definitions
