Responsibilities
- Facilitate JAD sessions, interviews, and workshops (both remote and in-person) to elicit business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Analyze and document current-state processes to perform gap analysis and recommend business process re-engineering opportunities.
- Create comprehensive artifacts including user stories, journey maps, process flows, data mapping, and requirements traceability matrices.
- Translate business needs into detailed system specifications and collaborate with architecture teams on gating documentation and project artifacts.
- Manage end-to-end project activities, including tracking milestones, managing competing priorities, and ensuring compliance with change management processes.
- Review test scenarios, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist technical teams in resolving defects.
- Negotiate functional design issues and bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure consensus.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of dedicated experience in Business Analysis within large-scale IT organizations.
- Hands-on proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, Iterative Agile, and Product Management delivery frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience with SQL queries for data analysis, technical prototyping tools, and DevOps for defect management.
- Strong alignment with BABOK concepts; expert-level facilitation, negotiation, and consensus-building skills.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Visio for process mapping.
- Proven track record working on large-scale case management systems or COTS solution implementations.
