Responsibilities
Analysis & Decomposition: Analyze and decompose complex workflows, data requirements, decision points, and business exceptions to ensure a robust solution design.
Requirements Management: Develop, document, and maintain clear, testable acceptance criteria aligned with business rules, security architectures, and integration standards.
Agile Delivery Support: Manage the backlog within Azure DevOps (ADO), ensuring stories meet the "Definition of Ready," and participate in all Agile ceremonies to maintain delivery momentum.
Collaboration & Alignment: Partner with architects, product owners, testers, and solution integrators to drive clarity, resolve inconsistencies, and ensure consensus across multi-party environments.
Data Integrity: Define and manage detailed data requirements, including data elements, structures, and flows to support system functionality and interoperability.
Domain Expertise: Research and apply concepts related to digital identity, authentication, authorization, consent, and privacy to ensure the solution meets regulatory and security standards.
Traceability: Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure end-to-end traceability from business requirements to technical design.
Qualifications
Business Analysis Experience: 7+ years of total BA experience, with at least 3 years in senior roles supporting large-scale digital or identity-related programs.
Domain Expertise: Proven experience working within digital identity, access management (IAM), authentication, authorization, or interoperability domains.
Agile & Tools: 7+ years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for work item management, backlog refinement, and documentation.
Requirements Engineering: Proven ability to translate user stories into clearly defined process flows, workflows, and implementation-ready system specifications.
Data Proficiency: Experience developing and managing detailed data requirements, including data elements, structures, and flows.
Complex Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to independently analyze, clarify, and document high-complexity functional requirements.
Collaboration Skills: Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to articulate precise, unambiguous requirements to diverse technical and business stakeholders.
Education & Environment: Experience working in multi-stakeholder public-sector or health-sector environments is highly desirable.
