As a principal business analyst, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders, subject matter experts, technical architects, and development squads. Operating fully onsite in Toronto within an Agile delivery framework, you will lead requirements-gathering workshops, construct context diagrams and system integration maps, author detailed user stories, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). This position is tailored for a seasoned analysis authority with experience on medium-to-large-scale projects who can guide custom software development, optimize process workflows, and ensure digital solutions align with enterprise architecture standards.

Develop wireframes, user interface mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma to support user-centered design principles.
Apply business process re-engineering concepts to identify alternative, cost-effective service delivery approaches and workflow optimizations.
Formulate business cases, cost-benefit analyses, feasibility studies, ROI assessments, and budget estimations for technology initiatives.
Manage risk identification, impact analysis, change scope definitions, and end-user training strategies to ensure smooth transitions and solution adoption.
Define requirements traceability matrices, establish performance measures, and support quality assurance activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Oversee problem resolution for production support items and manage configuration updates throughout the software development life cycle.
Author comprehensive project documentation, briefing notes, technical specifications, and status reports for leadership decision-makers.

Business Analysis Experience: Demonstrated experience leading and conducting business analysis on medium-to-large-scale projects to assess business problems/opportunities and document technical business requirements.
Modeling & Diagramming Mastery: Proven hands-on experience developing context diagrams, use cases, use case models, process maps, systems diagrams, and mapping integration specifications.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Cloud Native: Direct experience supporting custom application development in cloud-native systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
