Responsibilities
Portfolio Management Solution Build: Design, build, test, and deploy customized portfolio management applications and tools using PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint.
Process Modeling & Automation: Develop detailed backend process steps, workflows, swimlane diagrams, job aids, and operational runbooks to optimize work intake and governance frameworks.
Executive Dashboards & KPI Analytics: Establish data models, metrics, and interactive Power BI dashboards to provide senior leadership with visibility into portfolio performance, resource capacity, and demand planning.
Resource & Governance Planning: Define functional requirements and build tracking tools for resource capacity management, demand planning, project/product gating, and unplanned new work intake.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management: Conduct workshops, user interviews, and engagement sessions across business units to collect portfolio requirements, facilitate user adoption, and deliver technical training.
Requirements Elicitation & Analysis: Translate complex business and data requirements into clear technical specifications, use cases, process flows, and business rules aligned with enterprise delivery standards.
Qualifications
Portfolio Management Expertise: Proven experience in portfolio management practices, including resource capacity management, demand planning, prioritization, work intake, and executive dashboarding (Strictly Required).
Enterprise Solution Rollout: Demonstrated technical experience building, testing, and deploying custom software tools and applications to a large, organization-wide user base (Strictly Required).
Microsoft 365 Platform Mastery: Advanced, expert-level technical proficiency with MS365 tools, specifically PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel (Strictly Required).
Stakeholder & Change Management: Exceptional communication, facilitation, and change management skills with experience engaging cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive tool adoption (Strictly Required).
Business Process Engineering: Strong capability to design backend process flows, swimlane diagrams, job aids, and training materials.
Nice-to-Have Assets:
Prior business analysis experience within broader public sector or healthcare environments.
Practical exposure to AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to drive process automation and operational efficiency.
