As a Senior Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders, subject matter experts, UX designers, and technical engineering squads. Operating fully onsite in Toronto, you will lead in-depth workshops, perform business process modeling, create user stories in Azure DevOps, design prototypes using tools like Figma, and conduct options and cost-benefit analyses. This position demands a technical BA who excels at Agile methodologies, enterprise business architecture alignment, change management, and guiding solutions from business case inception through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Translate complex business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications aligned with Agile development cycles.
Develop full business cases, cost-benefit analyses, feasibility studies, and options assessments for proposed I&IT initiatives.
Create detailed business models, process maps, context diagrams, use cases, stakeholder maps, and system architecture diagrams using tools like MS Visio and Azure DevOps.
Collaborate with design teams to support user experience (UX) research and user interface prototyping using tools like Figma.
Ensure recommended technology solutions align with enterprise business architecture concepts and corporate standards.
Establish traceability matrices and performance measures to evaluate business analysis deliverables and monitor post-implementation outcomes.
Lead change management processes, including impact analyses, change scope definitions, and end-user communication and training strategies.
Partner with QA teams to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring developed features meet business needs and functional requirements.
Prepare clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation, including technical reports, briefing notes, and executive presentations.
Qualifications
Core Requirements & BA Expertise
Agile Business Analysis Expertise: Proven experience leading business analysis activities, facilitating workshops, and breaking down requirements into Agile deliverables (user stories, backlog items).
Modeling & Visualization Tooling: Proficient in using business analysis and modeling tools, including Azure DevOps, MS Visio, Figma, and CASE software.
Requirements & Process Modeling: Advanced skills in developing use cases, use case models, context diagrams, process flows, and business rules definitions.
Business Case Development: Hands-on experience developing complete end-to-end business cases, ROI assessments, cost-benefit analyses, and feasibility studies.
Enterprise Architecture Alignment: Experience applying enterprise business architectural concepts to ensure technical recommendations conform to organizational standards.
Preferred Experience & Domain Knowledge
Change Management & Prototyping: Experience conducting change impact analysis, developing user training strategies, and applying user-centered design principles.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Familiarity with QA methodologies, UAT execution, and requirement validation against system functionality.
