Responsibilities
• Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to gather and validate functional requirements.
• Map current state business processes and recommend re-engineering opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop comprehensive business cases, user stories, use cases, and technical project documentation.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, business readiness assessments, and post-implementation reviews.
• Create and execute change management plans, communication materials, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Build targeted training, coaching, and resistance management approaches to encourage system adoption.
• Identify project risks and collaborate with technical teams to recommend effective mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
• University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of four years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, and change management execution.
• Professional certification in business analysis, such as IIBA or equivalent credential.
• Recognized change management certification, such as Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or ACMP.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies and process mapping tools.
