Responsibilities
- Analyze and design future-state business processes and capabilities
- Develop conceptual and logical models (including data models)
- Lead the development of business architecture documentation and strategy
- Identify opportunities for consolidation or retirement of legacy systems
- Align business architecture with enterprise and information architecture standards
- Facilitate stakeholder sessions and ensure vertical and horizontal integration
- Support solution design, governance, and implementation oversight
- Ensure compliance with accessibility (AODA), privacy, and enterprise standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years total IT experience, including 5+ years in Business Architecture
- Experience with large-scale digital transformation projects
- Strong skills in business capability modeling, BPMN, value chain analysis, and data modeling
- Proven ability to align business architecture with technical and strategic goals
- Proficiency in tools such as Visio, Excel, Miro, and enterprise modeling tools (e.g. Sparx, PowerDesigner)
- Familiarity with Zachman Framework and OPS standards
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
