Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a 12 month contract in Toronto.
This is a hybrid role.
Rate: $595.7 - $640.39

Responsibilities
o Assess current standards to identify modernization opportunities.
o Analyze and make recommendations on modern identity, authentication, and authorization (IAA) standards and best practices, with understanding of provider usability needs.
o Stay updated on industry standards directions and best practices to guide modernization and efforts to enhance trust in the digital health services ecosystem.
o Provide thought and delivery leadership to support the workstream responsible for analysis, recommendations, consultation, and adoption planning of IAA-related standards.
o Define and document standards-related business requirements and guidelines.
o Work closely with Solution Architects to align business standards with technical implementations.
o Analyze existing IAA business and operating models and identify opportunities for modernization.
o Develop target-state operating models aligned with standards-based digital identity principles.
o Support implementation planning and transition to new operating models.
o Assess business, operational, and stakeholder impacts of standards adoption.
o Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies related to coexistence and migration.
o Provide clear, actionable recommendations to program leadership.
o Facilitate workshops and consultations with internal and external stakeholders.
o Build consensus across business, technical, and partner organizations.
o Ensure stakeholder perspectives are reflected in standards recommendations and adoption plans.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
• 5+ years experience Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and consensus-building skills, particularly in multi-stakeholder settings.
• 5+ years experience Experience with Identity and Access Management products or initiatives strongly preferred.
• 5+ years experience delivering business architecture artifacts in government, healthcare, or similarly complex multi-stakeholder environments.
