Responsibilities
• Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders using user stories, use cases, and specifications.
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between business users and technical project teams.
• Analyze current state ("As-Is") processes and design improved future state ("To-Be") workflows using BPMN standards.
• Lead and facilitate effective workshops to gather requirements, map processes, and drive stakeholder consensus.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to clearly define, manage, and control the project scope.
• Define acceptance criteria and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Maintain a centralized repository of requirements and business rules throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in leading workshops and modeling complex business processes using BPMN.
• Demonstrable experience delivering quantifiable results in at least one key area, such as service catalog definition, financial system requirements, or process cycle-time reduction.
• Proficiency working in both Agile (writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria) and Waterfall (creating detailed specifications) project environments.
• Experience working on large-scale projects within complex organizations, with experience in an academic institution considered a strong asset.
