The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of BSA experience, including 4+ years leading complex, public-facing custom software projects, and demonstrate expertise in Agile delivery, UX design for responsive applications, and stakeholder engagement. Candidates must be available to work full-time in Atlantic Time and attend on-site meetings in Fredericton with 48 hours’ notice. Responsibilities
•Acting as the lead liaison between business and technical teams
•Leading workshops to gather and validate business requirements
•Reviewing and updating existing business documentation
•Designing mockups, reports, and business rules for a custom web solution
•Translating requirements into clear, developer-ready design documents
•Collaborating closely with systems analysts to ensure alignment and quality
•Supporting both desktop and mobile
Qualifications
•Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
•At least 4 years as a Lead BSA on complex, public-facing custom software projects
•Proven ability to act as a liaison between business and development teams
•Strong experience gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements
•Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps
•Experience creating screen mockups, workflows, and responsive design elements
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
•Availability to work full-time in Atlantic Time and attend on-site meetings in Fredericton with 48 hours’ notice
