The Senior BSA will lead stakeholder engagement sessions, document business and functional requirements, define workflows, develop user stories, and contribute to high-level solution architecture recommendations. The initiative is being delivered on the Salesforce Health Cloud Platform, integrating agile development practices and secure, anytime/anywhere access to health data. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of IM/IT experience, including extensive experience in eHealth or digital health initiatives within a Canadian jurisdiction, and a proven ability to lead requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Responsibilities
Activities include, but are not limited to the following:
•facilitation of stakeholder engagement sessions, including the creation of supporting materials such as presentations, agendas, meeting minutes, etc.
•documentation of workflows, new business processes, standard operating procedures.
•documentation of high-level business requirements, functional design, gap analysis, user stories, activity diagrams.
•document recommendations to support a high-level Solution Architecture.
•documentation related to support training activities including reference guides and tools.
•training delivery.
•documentation to support operational governance structure, encompassing various deliverables required to support ‘project’ to ‘operations’ transition.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•10+ years of IM/IT experience, including at least 10 years in senior business systems analysis.
•5+ years of experience gathering clinical and non-clinical requirements within eHealth or digital health projects in a Canadian jurisdiction.
•Proven experience delivering solutions on the Salesforce platform, ideally Salesforce Health Cloud.
•Strong background in facilitating stakeholder sessions, documenting workflows, business processes, and functional requirements.
•Experience supporting training development and delivery for end users.
•Solid understanding of data security and privacy regulations, including familiarity with the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).
