Responsibilities
•Lead workshops and working sessions to gather and validate requirements
•Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the development team
•Review, confirm, and update existing business requirements documentation
•Produce design artifacts (process flows, business rules, screen/report mockups)
•Create Epics, Features, and User Stories in Azure DevOps
•Collaborate with the Senior Systems Analyst and incorporate feedback
•Present current-state understanding of workflows, data flows, and key rules
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
•Strong written and verbal English communication skills
•10+ years’ experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst
•4+ years’ experience as Lead BSA on complex, public-facing custom development projects
•5+ years’ experience bridging business and development teams (specs, user stories, GUI standards)
•Strong ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and manage multiple priorities
