•Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
•5+ years enterprise change experience in multi-stakeholder environments.
•5+ years leading cross-functional teams, facilitating workshops, and driving adoption.
•5+ years experience with organizational readiness, adoption tracking, and measuring change effectiveness.
•5+ years stakeholder engagement and communications experience.
•5+ years planning for client impact and risk mitigation.
•3+ years leading workforce reskilling or talent transition initiatives.
•3+ years experience in public sector or cybersecurity/IT transformation projects.
•Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Lean Change Management) is an asset.
