Responsibilities
- Lead and execute a comprehensive change management approach tailored to initiative objectives, governance frameworks, and organizational readiness.
- Support sponsor, VP lead, workstream lead, and stakeholder engagement by preparing materials, facilitation plans, discussion guides, decision supports, and practical advice.
- Identify stakeholder impacts, corporate readiness risks, dependencies, and capacity concerns across interrelated workstreams.
- Help define stakeholder impacts, readiness considerations, change risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions across the action plan and related workstreams.
- Support coordination across multiple corporate workstreams, including Indigenous Business Strategy, Sustainability and Risk Management, People, Culture and Operations, and Corporate Relations and Engagement.
- Leverage internal change management tools and framework to develop fit-for-purpose tools, templates, engagement plans, reporting inputs, and communication materials that promote transparency and consistency.
- Use stakeholder feedback, change data, readiness insights, and workstream updates to inform planning, sequencing, escalation, and decision-making.
- Identify risks, barriers, alignment gaps, capacity concerns, and stakeholder readiness issues, and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
- Provide senior-level change management advice to initiative leads on sponsor engagement, stakeholder alignment, adoption risks, and capability-building needs.
Qualifications
- Active Security Clearance at the Reliability or above level
- Recent years of professional experience leading and supporting organizational change management for complex initiatives.
- Well-versed in working with senior leaders, sponsors, or executive-level stakeholders in a complex organizational environment.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills supporting initiatives with multiple workstreams, cross-functional teams, or enterprise-level stakeholders.
- Strong written communication skills with a proven ability to create executive-ready materials, change plans, engagement guides, and practical tools.
- Demonstrated ability to operate with cultural humility, sound judgment, discretion, and high sensitivity regarding Indigenous perspectives and reconciliation commitments.
- Ability to work independently while remaining fully aligned with the organizations internal change management team and initiative governance.
- Experience working within Crown corporations, public-sector organizations, financial institutions, or heavily regulated environments.
- Change Management certification is a strong asset but not required.
