Our client is looking for a Senior Change Management Consultant for a 3 month contract in Toronto.
This is a hybrid role.
Advantages

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy and roadmap support enterprise-wide adoption of CCMP.
• Develop stakeholder impact assessment and engagement plan
• Develop stakeholder communication and training plans tailored to diverse audiences
• Design and deliver communication materials (e.g., newsletters, briefing decks, FAQs) to support awareness building and understanding of CCMP objectives and progress among regulatory compliance community.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and training activities, including conducting workshops, presentations, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with project leads and governance bodies to align change management efforts with broader enterprise initiatives, e.g., One Window Permitting, Business Experience Platform, etc., and support governance and executive approvals.
• Monitor and evaluate change readiness and adoption across, identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
• Support training and onboarding plans for staff and leadership to build capacity for change.
Qualifications
MUST HAVES:
• Demonstrated experience in leading large scale enterprise-level (multi-ministry) change initiatives.
• Ability to develop and implement change strategies in multi-stakeholder environments, aligned with enterprise IT goals.
• Ability to create and execute multi-year change roadmaps for the business stakeholders
