As a senior OCM specialist, you will bridge the gap between executive sponsors, business leaders, cross-functional project teams, and system integrators. Operating within a hybrid work model in Toronto, you will design and execute end-to-end change management strategies—evaluating process and role impacts, coordinating training readiness, analyzing adoption metrics, and facilitating smooth transition frameworks. This position is tailored for a change management authority who can apply structured methodologies to mitigate risks, drive business process adoption, and lead organizations through large-scale technology transformations.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute the comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy and work plan for the SAP program.
Conduct detailed change impact assessments across business units to evaluate process, role, organizational, and technological shifts.
Design, implement, and maintain stakeholder identification, analysis, and engagement plans, including sponsor roadmaps for leadership.
Author and deliver strategic communication plans, executive briefing materials, key messaging, and change awareness content.
Oversee end-user training strategies, conducting training needs assessments, designing curriculums, and delivering job aids and quick reference guides.
Establish organizational readiness assessment frameworks, conducting surveys and reporting readiness metrics to project leadership.
Facilitate interactive workshops, focus groups, design playback sessions, and engagement meetings with impacted business units.
Formulate and monitor adoption metrics, change KPIs, and executive dashboards to measure organizational transition progress.
Identify and log change-related risks, issues, and dependencies, recommending proactive mitigation strategies.
Partner with project leads, subject matter experts, and system integrators to align OCM deliverables with technical deployment milestones.
Support cutover, operational transition, and post-go-live stabilization activities to ensure sustained long-term business adoption.
Provide strategic advice, guidance, and coaching to business leaders and project teams regarding change management best practices.
Qualifications
Core Requirements & OCM Expertise
Change Management Experience: Minimum 10+ years of dedicated Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
SAP Program Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting major SAP implementations (e.g., S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, ECC, or equivalent SAP modules).
Core OCM Deliverables: Demonstrated experience creating change strategies, impact assessments, stakeholder maps, communication materials, training plans, and readiness surveys.
Methodologies & Frameworks: Hands-on experience applying established OCM frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent change methodologies.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, or a related discipline.
Preferred Assets & Certifications
Change Certification: Active Prosci Change Management Certification (or equivalent professional change credential) is strongly preferred.
Tooling Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) and collaborative digital workshop tools.
Executive Reporting: Proven experience building executive presentations, leadership communication suites, business readiness dashboards, and change risk logs.
