Responsibilities
• Provide expert input into infrastructure support plans, roadmaps, and standards.
• Develop and implement key deliverables for major infrastructure support initiatives.
• Drive the operational effectiveness, quality, and reliability of network infrastructure.
• Ensure the on-time delivery of projects and solutions while meeting performance metrics.
• Design, implement, and thoroughly document robust network architecture and configurations.
• Develop and review network processes to ensure compliance with all policies and standards.
• Mitigate risk by adhering to IT business continuity and security best practices.
Qualifications
• A post-secondary diploma or degree in IT, Computing Science, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure with a focus on network architecture.
• Expert-level knowledge in designing and implementing Cisco network solutions, including Cisco ISE.
• Proven experience with WAN design, BGP, routing protocols, and wireless networks.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
