Responsibilities
• Provide expert input to infrastructure support plans, roadmaps, and technical standards.
• Design and implement scalable, resilient, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
• Develop and review infrastructure processes to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the delivery of optimal results against established performance metrics and timelines.
• Design high-availability systems and disaster recovery strategies to ensure consistent uptime.
• Enhance operational effectiveness by focusing on productivity, quality, and system reliability.
• Mitigate organizational risk by implementing rigorous security best practices and zero-trust models.
Qualifications
• 7 to 10 years of related experience in IT infrastructure with a focus on system architecture.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in IT, Computing Science, or a related field.
• Proven proficiency in designing and implementing solutions in Azure, with familiarity in AWS environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of networking fundamentals, identity management, and cloud security.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts.
