Responsibilities
- Full Stack Architecture: Design and develop end-to-end solutions using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular/React, ensuring alignment with architecture standards.

- Agile Participation: Engage in daily Scrum meetings, contribute to user story refinement, and participate in retrospectives to improve development processes.
- Security & Quality: Utilize tools like SonarQube and Fortify to ensure code quality and application security, and implement automated testing using Selenium, Jest, and Jasmine.
- Mentorship: Coach team members in both traditional and AI-assisted development practices, sharing lessons learned to support overall team growth.
Qualifications
- Java Mastery: 10+ years of experience in mission-critical Java web application development (Java, JPA, Spring Boot).
- Frontend Expertise: 5+ years of experience in Angular or React development, including TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Architectural Depth: 5+ years of experience with microservices architecture and fault-tolerant system design.
- AI & DevOps Synergy: Proven experience integrating GitHub Copilot into workflows and hands-on experience with Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD practices.
- Cloud & Database: Strong background in AWS, relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL), and REST API development.
- Compliance & Security: Solid understanding of AODA compliance, software security best practices, and performance optimization.
- Education: BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
