Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end solutions using Java and Angular/React to meet evolving business needs.
- Lead the integration of GenAI tools and GitHub Copilot into the development lifecycle, providing expert advice on technical feasibility and AI-assisted coding.
- Implement fault-tolerant, highly available microservices-based systems and perform detailed data modeling.
- Promote DevOps best practices, manage Jenkins build environments, and administer Git repositories with a focus on automated pipelines.
- Review all application requirements (security, performance, and operations) and implement unit/automated testing using tools like Jest or Selenium.
- Participate in daily SCRUM meetings, contribute to user stories, and provide feedback during retrospectives to improve development velocity.
- Investigate and recommend cloud migration strategies and ensure application components align with enterprise architecture standards.
- Coach and mentor team members in both traditional and AI-assisted development practices to support long-term team growth.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in mission-critical Java web application development.
- 3+ years of experience in Angular or React development.
- 5+ years of experience with microservices, Spring Boot, and fault-tolerant system design.
- Proven experience integrating GenAI/GitHub Copilot into development workflows and code reviews.
- Automated testing experience with Selenium, Jest, or similar frameworks.
- Strong background in Agile/SCRUM and software security best practices.
