Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and training to other team members in the application of the field ticketing, LEMS and invoicing process.
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure compliance with budget and schedule objectives.
• Track and manage supplier and contractor invoices; ensure timely processing, approvals, and resolution of discrepancies.
• Prepare and manage project requisitions using SAP Project Systems.
• Support monthly cost reporting and forecasting activities in coordination with project controls, finance, and project management teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint and the Project Document Control Processes and Procedures
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Help maintain purchase orders (POs)
