Responsibilities
The Consultant will be responsible for providing the following Services:
•Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of cyber security, operational resilience, and IT resilience initiatives.
•Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, status reports, and governance documentation.
•Coordinate resilience and recovery testing for critical business systems.
•Manage project governance, change requests, resource allocation, and stakeholder communications.
•Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support cross-functional teams in achieving project objectives.
•Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to management and program sponsors.
•Collaborate with business, technical, and security teams to ensure successful implementation of cyber security solutions.
•Support the development of IT resilience strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Skills
•University degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Minimum 10 years of experience in information security and information technology environments.
•Minimum 10 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager leading the implementation of cyber security solutions in complex organizations.
•Strong knowledge and practical application of PMBOK project management methodologies.
•Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
•Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leadership.
•Excellent communication, organizational, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
•PMP and/or Scrum Master certification are considered strong assets.
•Experience delivering cloud-based projects, particularly within Microsoft Azure environments, is an asset.
•French language skills are considered an asset.
