Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines to ingest and transform large datasets from on-premises and cloud sources.
• Create and optimize efficient dimensional models, such as star and snowflake schemas, for warehousing and analytics.
• Integrate data from diverse systems including SQL, NoSQL, APIs, and files while ensuring data quality and accuracy.
• Develop and manage end-to-end ETL/ELT workflows using tools like SSIS and Azure Data Factory.
• Automate the deployment, testing, and monitoring of data solutions through CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to track key performance metrics and present findings.
• Analyze complex datasets using statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a Data Engineer, Data Analyst, or a similar role.
• 3+ years of experience designing dimensional models and ensuring data quality, security, and governance.
• Demonstrated expertise building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like SSIS and Azure Data Factory.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience deploying data solutions using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
