As a principal developer, you will bridge the gap between complex legacy systems, modern cloud-ready database architectures, and operational support teams. Operating within a hybrid work model, you will lead application upgrades to modern .NET frameworks, execute database migrations from Oracle to SQL Server, build automated data integration pipelines using SSIS, and remediate defects identified during Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This position demands a seasoned technical authority who can optimize application performance, author comprehensive operational support documentation, and deliver structured coaching and knowledge transfer to junior developers and operational staff.

Design, build, and optimize SSIS packages, interfaces, and automated data integration processes.
Develop, convert, and integrate enterprise reports using Crystal Reports, BusinessObjects Enterprise (BOE), and Power BI.
Provide dedicated technical support and defect remediation across System Integration Testing (SIT), Quality Assurance (QA), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
Perform deep technical troubleshooting, debugging, and query optimization to resolve application and database bottlenecks.
Support initial production implementations, phase enhancements, and post-go-live stabilization.
Author comprehensive technical system support documentation, operational runbooks, and technical troubleshooting guides.
Deliver structured coaching, training sessions, and technical knowledge transfer to junior developers and operational support teams for long-term system sustainability.
Qualifications
Core Technical & Engineering Requirements
Full-Stack .NET Expertise: Extensive experience developing enterprise web applications and APIs using ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET Web APIs/REST APIs, and ASP.NET Core MVC.
Framework Upgrades & Development: Hands-on experience developing with Microsoft .NET frameworks, including upgrading applications across major framework versions.
Database Migration & SQL Mastery: Proven experience with Oracle 19c/12c and SQL Server, including direct project experience migrating databases from Oracle to SQL Server Enterprise editions.
Data Integration & SSIS: Strong background developing SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages, data pipelines, and complex data migration workflows.
Reporting Ecosystem: Hands-on experience converting and integrating Seagate Crystal Reports with BusinessObjects Enterprise (BOE) and building Power BI reports.
UI Frameworks & Testing: Proficiency using modern UI frameworks (such as Telerik UI) and operating within structured QA, UAT, and production release processes.
Preferred Assets & Certifications
