This role is integral to enhancing the communication and information sharing between various internal divisions and a central customer service line (311). By integrating a new work management system (EWMS) with a CRM solution (Salesforce), you will help create transparency and improve the flow of information for both internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities
- Optimize Omni-Channel Service to enhance customer experience and reduce call center costs.
- Implement post-go-live optimizations to improve efficiency and effectiveness, including optimizing the Knowledge Base, enhancing divisional integration, and implementing Skill-Based Routing.
- Leverage Salesforce reporting and analytics to enable more proactive service delivery and data-driven decision making.
- Work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders to document business processes and requirements.
- Develop and deliver high-level deliverables as identified in the assignment duties, with more detailed deliverables provided upon joining the team.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in large project and program management, with a strong background in government or large private sector organizations.
- Extensive experience in delivering cyber projects (over 5 years).
- In-depth knowledge of traditional and innovative project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative methods.
- Strong IT knowledge with relevance to cyber threats, trends, and technologies.
- Proven project excellence in governance, definition, planning, and financial management.
- Active Salesforce Platform Developer or Platform App Builder certification.
- 5+ years of experience integrating Salesforce with other business systems using tools like Apache Nifi, Kafka, and RapidMQ.
- 5+ years of experience with Visualforce, Apex, APEX Web services, LWC, Aura components, and Flows.
- 5+ years of experience implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Analytics Cloud (Tableau CRM/Einstein).
- 5+ years of experience building Salesforce native/hybrid mobile applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a transformative program and support the team during peak periods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead discussions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
