Prior experience working with reirrigation units or HVAC will be an asset.

Position: Lead Electrician
Location: Brantford
Shifts: Days - Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
Payrate: $35-$45

Responsibilities
•Lead a team of 4-5 electricians
•Install and wire electrical main component and control circuits
•Select, assemble and wire control panels and enclosures
•Layout and install cable ducts for power, data and communication wiring
•Calculate requirements for secondary service loads, fuses and feeders
•Electrically inspect, test, maintain and troubleshoot systems
•Review and prepare electrical ladder diagram and other electrical schematics
•Ensure that wiring diagrams and specifications will function as designed in environment intended for use.
Qualifications
•Prior experience working in a role where you were designing electrical panels
• Knowledge and practical use of Electrical symbols, diagrams and schematics
•Prior experience leading a team
•Practical knowledge of solid state and variable AC/DC drives, relays, fuses, feeders and PLC control systems
•PLC ladder logic knowledge and asset
•Practical knowledge and understanding of HVAC/R and how they operate would be an asset
