Responsibilities
• Architect and develop the service roadmap for the Azure Virtual Desktop environment.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to maintain and upgrade service infrastructure.
• Oversee the service's security posture, manage vulnerability remediation, and ensure compliance.
• Provide expert technical analysis and support for ongoing projects and operational duties.
• Create and maintain essential documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge articles.
• Analyze service performance, utilization, and cost-effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead the planning and execution of disaster recovery strategies and annual testing.
Qualifications
• A degree or diploma in a related field combined with 6-10 years of progressive, related experience.
• Extensive experience in technical architecture, with at least 3 years focused on cloud platforms like Azure.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience defining technical environments and supporting software development.
• Proven ability to gather requirements from diverse stakeholders and produce high-quality technical documentation.
• Demonstrated expertise in process improvement, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and documentation.
