Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain comprehensive Enterprise Architecture frameworks to support long-term strategic goals and avoid system redundancy.
• Assess current state architecture and define target state roadmaps to guide large-scale transformation projects effectively.
• Establish and enforce architectural standards, principles, and governance to ensure integrated and cost-effective solutions.
• Lead cross-functional agile teams while providing architectural direction and technical mentorship to developers and leads.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to model business processes and align technology deliverables with broader business strategies.
• Oversee risk and security management to ensure robust data protection and privacy compliance across multiple domains.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend platform solutions that optimize costs and reduce technical debt.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) combined with a mandatory TOGAF certification.
• Minimum 8 years of experience leading cross-functional agile product teams and providing architectural direction.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience architecting, managing, and maintaining Azure Red Hat OpenShift clusters.
• Proven track record (7+ years) documenting and implementing platform solutions in large-scale enterprise environments similar to government complexity.
• Eligibility and willingness to undergo an Enhanced Security Clearance, including criminal record and credit checks.
