Our client is looking for a Senior Enterprise Information Management Program Lead for a 6 month contract in Toronto.
This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement Supply Ontario’s Enterprise Information Management (EIM) strategy, aligned with corporate and compliance goals.
• Lead the implementation of the EIM Platform and High Sensitivity Repository with appropriate security, access, and classification controls.
• Deliver a comprehensive Records Management Strategy, including automation of retention and disposition controls.
• Oversee enterprise deployment of a modern Records and Information Management (RIM) system integrated with ECM platforms.
• Onboard and support Business Areas adopting enhanced EIM capabilities to drive stronger operational workflows.
• Establish information governance policies, standards, and ownership models to guide stewardship across the organization.
• Drive data quality initiatives, including metadata standardization, remediation processes, and master data governance.
• Lead content and data migrations from legacy environments to secure, accessible, and compliant repositories.
• Develop and deliver training, awareness programs, and tools to build a strong culture of information stewardship.
• Support compliance reporting and executive briefings, including RkAP readiness, privacy, and audit attestation.
• Create and maintain project plans, dashboards, risk registers, and maturity roadmaps for continuous program improvement.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise information management, data governance, or records and information lifecycle management.
• 10+ years Proven leadership of large-scale, multi-year transformation initiatives with budgets exceeding $1M and multi-stakeholder engagement.
• 10+ years Extensive experience developing and implementing information governance frameworks, policies, and metadata standards.
• 10+ years Demonstrated success deploying ECM and EDRMS platforms (e.g., OpenText, Microsoft 365/SharePoint) across large organizations.
Experience required:
7–10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise information management, data governance, or records and information lifecycle management.
Proven leadership of large-scale, multi-year transformation initiatives with budgets exceeding $1M and multi-stakeholder engagement.
Extensive experience developing and implementing information governance frameworks, policies, and metadata standards.
Demonstrated success deploying ECM and EDRMS platforms (e.g., OpenText, Microsoft 365/SharePoint) across large organizations.
Strong knowledge of data classification, retention scheduling, and lifecycle management aligned with regulatory requirements.
Experience migrating large volumes of content to structured, compliant repositories with improved accessibility and usability.
Familiarity with frameworks, including FIPPA, Archives and Recordkeeping Act, and RkAP.
Expertise in managing vendor relationships and evaluating build vs. buy vs. partner strategies for information systems.
Strong stakeholder engagement, change management, and training delivery capabilities in enterprise environments.
Desirable Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Library and Information Science, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional certifications such as CIP, CDMP, IGP, CRM, or AIIM are considered strong assets.
Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are beneficial.
