Responsibilities
• Lead project planning and delivery for digital regulatory system releases
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions and focus groups
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to executive and steering groups
• Oversee change management, communication, and risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure alignment with regulatory assurance frameworks and departmental vision
• Provide quality assurance throughout system development and implementation
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams supporting design, testing, and deployment
Qualifications
• Degree or diploma in business, management, or related discipline
• Active PMP, CAPM, PgMP, or CMC certification
• 5+ years of experience managing digital transformation projects
• 5+ years of experience leading risk assessments and deliver creative solutions
• 5+ years of experience with Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
