Responsibilities
- Act as the primary finance partner to leadership, providing financial insights and strategic decision support
- Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range strategic financial planning processes
- Analyze business performance to identify risks and recommend actions to improve profitability and cash flow
- Own monthly financial reviews, performance reporting, and long-term financial modeling
- Partner with commercial, operations, supply chain, and engineering teams to optimize pricing, margins, and cost control
- Provide functional guidance, coaching, and direction to site finance resources across locations
- Oversee project and revenue management processes, including backlog performance and forecast accuracy
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across financial reporting, analytics, and internal controls
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, electrical infrastructure, or project-based businesses
- Designated CPA is required for this role
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required
- Strong expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, cost accounting, and working capital management
- Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations and project-based revenue management
- Familiarity with US GAAP and publicly traded company financial standards
- Knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP is considered an asset
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and cross-functional partner skills
