Responsibilities
Initially this is a blend of corporate finance and FP&A with the following experience required:
* preparation of journal entries
* reconciliation of accounts
* maintenance of the General Ledger
* assist with month end and year end close process
* support inventory and calculations of standard costing
* assist with audit, tax filings, and financial reporting
As the department evolves this will weigh more heavily on FP&A functions, supporting the FP&A Manager
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
* CPA preferred or purusing
* 4-5 yrs in financial analysis, FP&A
* preference will be given to those coming from the Manufacturing sector
* inventory accounting and standard costing preferred
* experience with financial modelling, advanced excel
* strong analytical skills, problem solving and effective communication skills
* ability to work in a fast paced, evolving environment
