Responsibilities
• Deliver creative, evidence-based front-end design solutions aligned with design standards
• Produce UX artifacts including wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows
• Develop and maintain design pattern libraries and component systems
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Conduct usability testing and provide reports on design effectiveness
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards such as WCAG
• Present design decisions and recommendations to teams and stakeholders
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience designing front-end services for web or other platforms
• Experience creating UX artifacts such as flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
