We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to help enhance and expand the capabilities of a Summit application—a core platform within the capital markets technology landscape.

Analyze business requirements and contribute to technical design documents.
Develop, test, and maintain scalable software components.
Participate in production support rotations and tooling/automation improvements.
Track and report progress, ensure compliance, and adhere to internal controls.

Timely and accurate status reporting
Contribution to compliance and risk management
Knowledge sharing and mentoring

Qualifications
Must-Haves:
5–10 years of hands-on development experience.
Strong background in capital markets / investment banking (OTC products).
Proficient in:
Python, Java, Oracle
OOP concepts, XML Parsing
Batch scripting and scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M)
JIRA, Jenkins, DevOps practices
IDEs like Visual Studio or PyCharm
Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with C/C++, Rundeck, or distributed team environments.
Experience with ServiceNow or enterprise collaboration tools.
A proactive, self-directed approach to learning and development.
A degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
A self-starter attitude with a commitment to ownership and delivery.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across time zones.
Experience mentoring junior team members and guiding technical delivery.
