As a Senior Full Stack Software Developer, you will bridge the gap between responsive front-end applications, robust Java backend services, and cloud-native Microsoft Power Platform/Dynamics 365 ecosystems. Operating fully onsite in Toronto, you will lead end-to-end software delivery, design cloud integrations across Microsoft Azure and Dataverse, build custom web apps using Node.js, Next.js, React, and Java Spring Boot, and mentor technical engineering squads. Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with business analysts, solution architects, and product leads to translate business requirements into technical design specifications and sprint backlogs.
Author enterprise architecture artifacts, including contextual, conceptual, logical, and physical solution designs.
Set up, manage, and optimize CI/CD release automation pipelines and source control workflows using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
Leverage AI productivity utilities (including Microsoft Copilot and AI Agents) to enhance code development, testing, and solution design frameworks.
Diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex application bugs, system bottlenecks, and multi-tier integration issues.

Software Development Tenure: Minimum 7+ years of hands-on software engineering and enterprise application delivery experience.
Full-Stack & Language Proficiency: Minimum 7+ years of experience across Node.js, Next.js, React, Java (Spring Boot), TypeScript/JavaScript, and .NET/C#.
Technical Leadership: Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or Solution Lead capacity guiding Agile delivery squads.
