Responsibilities
· Provides subject matter expertise to support program planning for the provincial EIV and implementation planning for the provincial EI-VNA initiatives.
· Provides subject matter expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation activities for the EIV by working closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to understand business needs, user expectations, and solution impacts.
· Provides subject matter expertise in the development and maintenance of clear, structured business and functional requirements, use cases, process flows, and supporting artifacts that enable solution design, development, testing, and implementation.
· Supports initiative and solution planning activities by helping to define business objectives, success criteria, scope boundaries, dependencies, and priorities aligned with organizational strategies and outcomes.
