Responsibilities
• Update and maintain documented business processes for Human Resources and related modules.
• Provide detailed input and reviews for solution design and relevant project documentation.
• Develop comprehensive User Acceptance Testing artifacts including scripts, cases, and expected results.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide recommendations for risk identification and mitigation.
• Execute data validations and conversions using SQL queries to ensure accuracy during cutover.
• Lead testing sessions during UAT to support and guide business area testers.
• Manage competing priorities to ensure project delivery remains within defined time and scope constraints.
Qualifications
• Over 7 years of professional experience in Business Analysis or Business Systems Analysis.
• Proven experience working with Cloud ERP solutions, with a strong preference for SAP Cloud.
• Technical proficiency in writing SQL queries for data validation and reporting purposes.
• Practical knowledge of full-cycle payroll processing from time capture through to distribution.
• Familiarity with Workforce Software or similar time and attendance integration systems.
