• Lead requirements gathering and documentation in complex environments involving many stakeholders.
• Capture and analyze business processes and data flows across various integrated systems.

• Analyze integration requirements including system interactions and data exchange patterns.
• Research emerging technology trends and evaluate existing services for modernization opportunities.
• Support integration design by defining interfaces and interoperability strategies with technical teams.
• Provide quality control on implementations to validate that requirements match expected outcomes.
Qualifications
• At least 7 years of experience as a business analyst translating requirements into technical specifications.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience planning and conducting requirements gathering sessions and interviews.
• Proven track record of 5 years in the design and implementation of complex IT solutions.
• At least 5 years of experience managing User Acceptance Testing processes for large systems.
• A university degree or diploma in business or IT or a recognized professional certification.
• Only candidates with past healthcare experience will be considered.
