Responsibilities
Cloud Migration: Lead the migration of Single Sign-On (SSO) Federation, OAM, OUD, and Oracle 19C databases into Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments.
Architecture & Design: Translate conceptual business requirements into logical and physical application architectures for active-active multi-data center configurations.
System Optimization: Tune Oracle IAM suites for peak performance and high availability on WebLogic and Linux platforms.
Deployment: Implement Oracle 12C components using Red Hat OpenShift and manage containerized deployments.
Security Integration: Implement and manage SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, TLS/SSL, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) for secure authentication.
Collaboration: Partner with database, networking, and infrastructure teams to improve system fault tolerance and integrate advanced logging/monitoring processes.
Knowledge Transfer: Provide comprehensive documentation, including installation guides and architectural designs, ensuring a full hand-off to internal teams.
Qualifications
Core Expertise: 12+ years as a Solution Architect on Oracle IAM 12C systems (OAM, OIG/OIM, OUD, OHS).
High Availability: 7+ years of experience setting up active-active multi-data center configurations for high-performance environments.
Cloud & DevOps: Proven experience deploying Oracle IAM components on Red Hat OpenShift and working within Agile/CI/CD pipelines.
Security Standards: Expert-level mastery of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and PKI.
Partnership: Current association with a recognized Gold Oracle IAM Partner.
Communication: Ability to articulate technical options to stakeholders and produce high-quality architectural documentation.
Troubleshooting: Advanced skills in triaging and diagnosing complex identity and access management system issues.
