Responsibilities
- Sustainment & Operations: Monitor health and performance, manage service components (start/stop), and oversee backup/recovery of configurations for PKI and OIM environments.
- Maintenance: Apply critical patches, tune service components, and manage the renewal of certificates and licenses.
- Incident & Problem Management: Provide Tier-2/Tier-3 SME support, triaging and resolving complex problems in production environments; participate in 24/7 on-call rotations.
- Integration Support: Analyze client technical requirements to design, test, and deploy integration solutions; develop scripts and utilities to automate the integration experience.
- Change Management: Act as a change assessor or analyst, evaluating the impact of changes raised by clients or third-party service providers.
- Support Posture Improvement: Evaluate, install, and configure support tools and develop programmatic constructs (queries, views, reports) to enhance system monitoring.
- Documentation: Create detailed support requirements, maintenance procedures, and integration patterns.
Qualifications
- Core Experience: 10+ years sustaining COTS-based IAM systems, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus (12C preferred).
- Technical Stack: 10+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware, OHS, Tomcat, IIS, WebSphere, and Oracle Database 19c.
- Methodology: 3+ years of experience with Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) and deep familiarity with ITIL processes (Change, Release, and Capacity Management).
- Security & Monitoring: Proficient in encryption/authentication (PKI, SSL) and system monitoring tools like Nagios or Big Brother.
- Troubleshooting: 10+ years of experience triaging and diagnosing complex application problems in large-scale environments.
- QA Tools: Experience with quality control methodologies and automated testing tools such as Team Foundation Server (TFS).
- Operating Systems: Advanced experience with Solaris, Windows, AIX, and Linux.
